Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Neostrata.ie, we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. This page outlines our delivery areas, shipping charges, dispatch times, and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Ireland, including Northern Ireland.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery: €5.99

  • Free delivery on orders over €50

  • Shipping is charged once per order regardless of how many items you purchase.

All shipping fees include packaging and insurance.

3. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items as quickly as possible. Currently orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 working days within Ireland. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on Monday, or Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend. 
If any part of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery timeline.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within standard courier delivery windows.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

5. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable at the time of ordering, we will contact you to confirm the anticipated restock and dispatch date.

6. Delivery Issues & Claims

If your order has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact us in writing at info@neostrata.ie.

  • Claims for non-delivery must be made within 5 days of the anticipated delivery date.

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 2 days of delivery.

After these timeframes, we may be unable to process your claim.

7. Risk on Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, the risk in the goods passes to you.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, if required by the courier.

8. Title of Goods

Products remain the property of Neostrata.ie until full payment has been received.
